ORDER PROCESS: Use our configurator to give us as much information as possible about the mascot.

Based on this configuration, we will send you a mock-up for validation.

PRODUCTION TIMES: Once your order is received, you will be able to access the mock-up in the "order tracking" section within 1 to 5 business days. A notification email will be sent to you at that time.

After you validate the mock-up, we will send you your mascot as a vector file. These deadlines may be slightly extended during exceptional periods.
